By virtue of the acceptance of the conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and, in the event that current legislation allows you to submit to a specific jurisdiction, you voluntarily submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Marbella. Alternatively, and in the event that the procedure should be heard by a court that is only based in the capital of a province, the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
