How can I send you my documents?

With all our products, there is a specific step to easily upload your documents during the process. In the case of claims, if you want to send us documentation afterwards, we tell you how to do it. Wherever and whenever you want. It’s very easy.

• Log in to My Account.
• Select “My claims”.
• Click “I want to continue” on the claim where you want to provide documentation.
• In the form, to upload your files, you only need to click on “Select file” for all the
  documents you need to send us. You can find information by clicking on the blue circle.
• Once you have uploaded your documents, click “I want to continue”.
