• First, anonymized data from recent files from other clients presented in the same Court is consulted based on multiple factors. The number of steps in the proceedings are predicted and the number of days remaining until payment assigned considering the speed of response from that Court.
• If the algorithm does not find sufficient recent data, it will then assign a series of days by default for each step. The algorithm considers the time required to reach a final ruling, execute the ruling and to process the payment from the Court to your bank account in case of a successful outcome.
